WHAT THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THE WORKSHOP SAY?

I closed my eyes, even with the difficulty of maintaining constant control, this time I allowed it to flow. As I entered this state, I realized I was in a different place, a feeling that was difficult to explain. When I opened my eyes, I noticed that I lost the rhythm, when I closed my eyes again, I regained the rhythm. I was focused on the steps, but also in a state of meditation. For the first time, I experienced this feeling of fullness while moving.

Initially, I noticed an abundance of elements. However, I found myself lost in the river's curves, sometimes distant, but always getting back on track. There was a moment when I lost vocal connection, but when I received the signal to sing, the experience enhanced, connecting me more deeply. There was really a lot going on, both externally and internally. What I found particularly interesting is the feeling of an arrow through time, a temporal journey while I'm here on the wheel.

Taketina presented me with a challenge...The difficulty of dealing with waiting. It was then that I began to reflect on the importance of navigating this world more calmly, reducing anxiety. I learned to understand myself in a place where everything is okay, even if the wait is long. It was difficult, challenging, but incredibly enriching. Putting myself in this space more slowly revealed that it can also be pleasurable. I really appreciated that moment, especially when I took that well-danced step.

THE ESSENCE OF TAKETIN

ORIGIN

Originating from the pioneering vision of Reinhard Flatischler in the 1970s, TaKeTiNa emerges as a bridge between ancestral rhythms and the contemporary need for connection and healing. Through his travels and in-depth studies of traditional rhythms in different cultures, Flatischler conceived this revolutionary method that seeks to harmonize the human being with the natural pulsations of the universe.

METHOD

The TaKeTiNa method is a deep immersion into the world of rhythm. Through simple steps, clapping and vocalizations, participants are guided on a meditative rhythmic journey. It's not just about following the rhythm, but about feeling and internalizing, allowing the rhythm to flow naturally. By losing themselves and finding themselves again in the rhythm, participants experience a powerful neural reconfiguration, promoting relaxation, presence, and deep self-awareness.

CREATOR

Reinhard Flatischler, founder of TaKeTiNa, uses rhythm to promote human flourishing. Initially a piano prodigy, he faced health problems and, at the age of 15, began a global journey learning percussion. Currently, a member of the scientific committee of the International Society for Music in Medicine (ISMM), he researches the influence of rhythm on health. It highlights the interconnection between musical and human potential, arguing that activating one immediately implies activating the other.

MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Is the course aimed only at musicians?
No, specific knowledge of music theory is not necessary. We demystify the belief that you have to be a musician to become a sound therapist.

No, the courses are open to anyone who has an affinity with sound and a desire to explore its therapeutic powers. Most instruments are intuitive and it is not necessary to be a musician to perform a sound massage.

It is not necessary to have instruments, as the school provides them during the study process. If you wish to purchase an instrument, we have a Physical Store in São Paulo and also our Online Store.
  • I've never played an instrument, can I participate?
Yes, our courses are accessible to everyone, regardless of musical experience. Most instruments are intuitive.
  • Can children participate? What is the minimum age to study?

  • What is the Water Cycle and Fire Cycle? What are the differences?
The Water Cycle consists of an In-person Sound Massage Course + Online Sound Healing Course. This Cycle prepares the student to perform individual Sound Massage treatments. The Fogo Cycle is made up of an In-Person Course and an Online Sound Ritual Course. This Cycle teaches you how to Create Sound Experiences in a group with a more artistic approach.

No, the proposal is for immersion to deepen studies in the knowledge of the sacred sound.
  • Can I make up classes for another date or course?
There are no replacements for face-to-face classes. We suggest that our students, in addition to the In-Person Course, also take the Online Water Course. There, you can watch recorded classes as many times as you wish, thus revisiting the service protocols.
  • Can I visit the space where the course takes place?
Yes, by appointment, you can visit the space.
  • Are accommodation and food included in the investment proposal?
No. In São Paulo, courses are taught at the Icdep Institute, which does not offer accommodation and food. In Garopaba, there is a structure that offers accommodation and food, with costs paid by the student.
  • Do I need to do both online and in-person to follow other cycles?
